We are exploring the option of using SAP Advanced Analysis Add-in for Excel. We were able to successfully connect to our BW (not using BO, but by connecting to BW instance directly) and we can search for all the queries and retrieve the data. I have some questions if anybody have experience :
- how do we write back our data changes to BW ? the user we are using have write back authorization in the web version,
- Also, if I change some value in a cell, how do I see the reflection on other cells, automatically or I have to hit a button to recalculate ?
